Biography

Bagrat Arazyan is an artist, curator, designer, musician and philosopher working across a broad spectrum of visual expression. He was co-founder of the Modus gallery and design studio in Moscow. At the intersection of different media, he explores human relationships, engaging the media he uses in a dialogue that informs his personal visual interpretation. He has presented his work in numerous solo and group exhibitions, international festivals and biennials worldwide. He has received many international awards in art and graphic design. Since 2017, he has been co-founder and curator of the Pivka Centre for Contemporary Art.
