Ivana Mrčela

Born in Čakovec in 1984, she continued her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb after graduating in fashion design. Her practice develops at the intersection of drawing, spatial installation and contemporary visual expression. She has presented her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad and received many national and international awards. She lives and works in Zagreb, where she teaches as an associate professor at the Faculty of Textile Technology.
