Biography
Renate Krammer (* 1956, Klein St. Paul/Carinthia) lives and works in Kumberg (near Graz, Austria). She studied artistic design for four semesters as part of her architectural studies with Giselbert Hoke, completed the Summer Academy of Fine Arts in Salzburg, „From Painting to Photography and Back“ with Rivka Rinn, and studied under Helmut Helmessen, Hans Staudacher, Paul Rotterdam and Rebecca LittleJohn. In addition to drawing and painting, the artist is also experimenting in the fields of photography, video and graphics. Her works are dedicated to the horizontal line as a basic element of creation.
